Vectrona is proud to announce that we have been awarded a new contract to support the Navy’s Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative at the Center for Service Support (CSS). This initiative is a cornerstone of the Navy’s efforts to modernize training by ensuring that Sailors receive mission-critical instruction at the right points throughout their careers, enabling them to perform at their best in any operational environment.
Over the next year, Vectrona will deliver comprehensive instructional systems design (ISD) services, curriculum development, and training analysis to help align the Navy’s training programs with real-world Fleet requirements. Our collaboration will enhance the relevance and delivery of training content, ensuring that Sailors at CSS acquire the knowledge and skills needed to meet the Navy’s operational demands.
